Baldwin Vista
Your neighborhood community
One of the greatest neighborhoods in Los Angeles that you’ve never heard of. It’s located between La Cienega and La Brea, South of Obama Bl. and it extends South and dead ends into Kenneth Hahn State Park.
Baldwin Vista is very sought after for its views and its convenience to all areas of the city. This neighborhood backs up into Kenneth Hahn State Park and there are beautiful, uphill exercise walks to be conquered right outside the front door. The Baldwin Hills Scenic Overlook is about a mile away. The neighborhood is also within fantastic proximity to the Expo Line at La Cienega and Jefferson. It’s not so close that you can hear or see the train from the house, but it’s within walking distance to the station. All good information, but you already know that, since you live here!
